Refund Policy for Unbounded Freedom

Thank you for choosing Unbounded Freedom for your events, courses, workshops, private sessions, and other offerings focused on personal growth and transformation. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking or purchasing any services.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available up to 7 days before the start of the scheduled event, course, workshop, or private session.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled start time.

  • Refunds are not available after participation in any event, course, workshop, or private session.

No-Show Policy

  • If you do not attend your scheduled event, course, workshop, or private session without prior notice, your booking will be considered forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is only available for private sessions, not for events, courses, or workshops.

  • For private sessions, you must provide at least 72 hours of notice prior to the scheduled start time to request rescheduling.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Procedure

  • To request a refund or cancel your booking, please contact us through our contact form at least 7 days before the scheduled event, course, workshop, or private session.

Exceptions

  • In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unavoidable conflicts, we may consider refund or rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
